The number of people hurt by the actions of Jimmy Savile just keeps growing.

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood has received more than 2,000 calls with information since the news of Savile was released.

However, not all the callers claim to be direct victims of Savile but of his,’inner circle.’

The reason some BBC staff didn’t report what Savile was doing to children is probably down to the fact they were apart of his peadophile ring.

A former dancer for the BBC has said:” There were at least three members of backstage staff at Top of the Pops who used to take young girls to parties, where horrific and inappropriate things took place.”

It just keeps getting worse!

Apparently the other perverts in Savile’s group are not famous but worked behind the scenes.

One is said to be a doctor at Leeds Royal Infirmary hospital where Savile used to volunteer.

BBC presenter Jeremy Vine said Savile is “one of the most serious predatory paedophiles in criminal history.”

The BBC have always been a respected company, now a huge shadow has been cast over decades of them being on TV.

I wonder if the people who defended Savile still believe he is innocent.

Police say Savile was a predatory sex offender

There are people who will defend Jimmy Savile,saying that he’s dead and his memory should be left alone. There are also those who say the women who have come forward are lying as they have waited until the death of Jimmy before saying anything.

He is not here to defend himself but if he was, the investigation would still be based on evidence, just as it is now.

People who worked alongside Savile have revealed they knew of his actions. There are currently 20-25 possible victims.

Fear is why these women didn’t speak out earlier, for those women who did say something when they were younger, they were told to stop telling tales. Times have changed and victims of sexual abuse can report it now because they know they will be taken seriously.

Commander of specialist crime investigations Peter Spindler has said: “We are getting calls from victims, from witnesses and third parties who believe they know something about it.We have formally recorded eight criminal allegations against Savile. Two of those are rape, six of indecent assault.These are primarily against girls in their mid-teens, so between 13 and 16 and it spans four decades of abuse.”

He then added:“It is quite clear he was a predatory sex offender.”

Spindler made this comment based on evidence. I think it’s obvious now that Savile is guilty of the claims being made against him.

He cannot be punished for his actions but he’ll never be thought of in the same way again as the great Jimmy Savile. Now he’ll be thought of in the same way his good friend Gary Glitter is.

BBC employees knew what Savile was doing

After the TV show, Exposed: The Other Side of Jimmy Savile, in which five women claimed they were indecently assaulted by Savile, the number of women claiming to be a victim has risen.

More and more women are coming forward and sharing their own experiences with the presenter.

The thing I find really disturbing about this whole thing is that bosses at the BBC knew of ‘rumours’ about the abuse Savile caused but none of them did anything about it.

Apparently Jimmy Savile was ‘untouchable’ back then but surely there was one person who thought,actually this is wrong, something needs to be done!

They may not have been the ones abusing these girls, but they knew something was going on and did nothing about it, which in my book, doesn’t make them much better than Savile.

Saviles victims speak out

Deborah Cogger claims to be one of Jimmy Savile’s victims.

After 38 years of silence,Deborah has come out and said:“Savile was a pervert, a dangerous sexual predator.”

Deborah revealed how she met Savile when she was 14 years old after he visited the childrens home she was in,Duncroft Approved School for Girls.

Deborah explains: “Obviously I knew who Savile was. He made about six visits in the two years I was there.He would bring cigarettes, sweets and records. A record player would be brought to the dining room and he’d have a dance with the girls.The first time he saw me was so horrible and shocking. He grabbed me and I wasn’t quick enough to get out of the way.He pulled me back and I landed on his lap. That vile tongue of his, tasting of cigars, went right down my throat.I was so shocked, and eventually managed to struggle away. Later I discovered he did it all the time, it was ‘Jimmy’s way’.”

“I’m speaking out now because people should know what a pervert Jimmy Savile really was.I want the world to know Savile molested me and other girls. He was a bad, bad man.After he first groped me and tried to snog me I avoided him on subsequent visits, but other girls were not so lucky. He was a dangerous sexual predator.”

Savile was a patron of the all girls school. Deborah recalls how he made a friend of hers sit on his lap and “jigged her up and down”. Her friend then ran away from Saville and claimed he had been sexually aroused,rubbing himself against her.

Sadly back then, allegations like this were mostly swept under the carpet. When the girl complained to school staff they put her in a padded solitary unit for five days until she decided to withdraw her claim!

The people who locked her away are just as disgusting as Savile.

Another pupil claims Savile and Gary Glitter were present when a girl was raped in a dressing room. Which would explain why Savile defended Glitter when child pornography was fund on his computer.

A lot of people are raising the question, why have these women waited so long to tell their story.

You have already read the answer to this. One girl who tried to report it got locked away!
Why would you subject yourself to such treatment?

They have obviously been afraid that they wouldn’t be believed and that they would in fact pay the price for their claims!

Should they really have had the decency to make these claims when he was alive so he could have defended himself?
Maybe he should have had the decency to not molest them!

Numerous women have stories to tell and the BBC even claim what Savile did was an open secret – which means people knew and did nothing about it.
Well times have changed and this behaviour is dealt with differently these days, so even though sexual abuse is a horrible topic to talk about, it happens. People should not be afraid to speak out.

Jimmy Savile abused children

News has recently come to light that the late used his position on ‘Jim’ll fix it’ and ‘top of the pops’ to abuse children.

Five women have recently come forward claiming to have been his victims. One of which says Saville took her virginity at the age of 15.

She said: “There was a little sort of couch and he would have me lie down on it and just do the sex act.It was very quick, very unemotional and that was it. I wasn’t able to do anything about it. I feel he just took huge advantage of me.”

Another woman who was 14 when she met Saville said: “He had an alcove in his dressing room and took you behind the curtain. He wanted you to sit on his knee while he spun round in the chair.The very first time he abused me was in the back of his car. We were in the car park and the other girls were at one of those picnic tables.I was having this wonderful day out and was expected to pay for it. And that’s what I did.”

This is absolutely disgusting. Those poor women. It’s just a shame he is no longer around so that he can actually pay the price for his actions and be punished.
